alot of former fighters are picking Oscar too. I think pert of it is that people want to see him win, because boxing needs him. He is boxing to the average fans. My advice is to bet on the hungrier fighter. I have followed that rule a long time and this is the one sport i have done considerably well in. If you think Oscar has the guts to pull this one out, i say go for it. This will be a better fight than most people think. If Oscar is ahead on points, Hopkins will press the action like never before. Good Luck!

It is truly amazing how DLH can make others believe in him no matter who he fights. On paper, since this fight was even conceived of, I and a majority thought that Bernard should be able to win easily. Now, here we are on the day of the fight and so many are willing to take a chance on DLH.

Could it be Oscar's conviction, work ethic, charisma, or all of the above?

I think it is just truly amazing. DLH could step into the ring with Tarver, Jones, or Toney, and everyone would probably give him a shot at winning.

Sorry Franks. The hungirer fighter is no question Hopkins. This will be his coming out party, while everyone seems to think that it will be DLH's moment in time.

Freak you are so right about DLH having that special something that makes people believe in him no matter what. Tyson had that same thing ina way, and remember all the people that thought he had a chance at Lewis? It was a 50-50 split. This fight is shaping up that way too, as more people keep thinking DLH will pull it off. Its not very likely that he will, let alone get through the fight IMO, but if he did find a way to legitamately win this fight, It will set him up for an even bigger pay day down the road for a Jones fight. Maybe a Mayorga if he beats Trinidad.

Not to look past this special night because it will be something to rememeber.
